Start-to-Finish assistance in all areas pertaining to your event. Best for large scale events or where you would like minimal involvement with the details.
Base Price
Includes:
- 100 Billable Hours (billed at $40/hour after 100)
- 2 Additional Site Visits (billed at $130/site visit after 2)

Partial Coordination
Partial assistance in select areas pertaining to your event. Best for those who have the main details ironed out but need assistance or research in certain areas and would also like a point-of-contact onsite to ensure proper execution.

- 50 Billable Hours (billed at $40/hour after 50)
- 1 Additional Site Visit (billed at $130/site visit after 1)

Same-Day Coordination
Same-Day Coordination only. Ideal for those who have the entire event planned and would like our coordinators to ensure the plan goes smoothly!

- 1 Additional Site Visit (billed at $130/site visit after 1)

Pricing Information
Coordination prices are listed in USD.
Prices are estimates and are subject to change depending on multiple factors including but not limited to: guest count, duration, and complexity of event.
For each service where Perfection Unlimited is selected as the vendor (i.e. mobile bartending, decorating, equipment rental, etc.) a 2.5% discount will be applied for each service.
