The Client Experience
Stage 1 - Event Consultation
Great! You've scheduled a phone or Zoom call with our Director of Sales, Matt (left), and he gathers additional information about your event to prepare a proposal for executing your vision! Quotes are usually generated at the conclusion of the conversation, or at the latest by the following business day. For more complex projects (i.e. weddings or quotes involving a design consultation), the Director of Operations, Meshawn (right), needs to be brought in for an additional consultation via Zoom.
Stage 2 - Proposal Review & Acceptance
Matt forwards the proposal to your email for review. Once you've had a chance to review, you sign the proposal electronically and submit the retainer payment as per the contract. Once the signed quote and payment are received, Matt coordinates everyone's schedules for the handoff meeting with the Director of Operations, Meshawn.
Stage 3 - Handoff
Yay! You've accepted the proposal and are ready for Handoff from Sales to Operations! Matt says his formal goodbyes (unless he's working your event) and now Meshawn takes over! There is homework at the end of this meeting, so be sure to turn it in to Meshawn before the first planning meeting (this makes things go very smoothly moving forward)!
Stage 4 - Planning
You've turned in your homework to Meshawn and she has started work on her end to get ready to execute your event! Expect monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, and then as needed meetings as your event date gets closer!
Stage 5 - Site Visit
At some point prior to the event, a site visit may be required (like the visit pictured above!) Your designated coordinator and/or primary event contact will be onsite to layout vendor locations, connect with the venue point of contact, or walk through things to ensure that everything goes well on the event date. Multiple visits may be required depending on the complexity of the project.
Stage 6 - Event Execution
Today is the big day! Whether it is simple event service, an elaborate wedding, or the last leg of a multi-state conference, all of the preparation from the previous steps gets put on display! Your event gets executed to perfection with your guests leaving amazed, impressed, and you leave with every bit of enjoyment you envisioned when you first hired us!
