Group Packages must be purchased in the group quantity at the base price with auto-pay arrangements in place.  The auto-pay arrangement serves as the retainer for all events in the group package.  Invoices/credits are issued as adjustments to the base package in the event the actual event need is greater or less than the base price prior to the event. Then the contract level discount is applied.

I.e. a client purchases a corporate group of 4 package and their first event is for 3 hours with 20 guests.  A credit will be issued towards future payments on the package for the difference.  Likewise, a client's final event in the group of 4 is for 4 hours with 70 guests.  An invoice will be issued for payment of the difference.

*Blackout dates: major holidays & winter holiday season (10/20/23-1/6/2024).  Holiday season discount is for an additional event booked within holiday season.  Prices increase 25% on holidays and during holiday season.

• BevCenter - We shop all beverage items (alcohol, mixers, sodas, water) for you and deliver on-site.  Expedites setup and eliminates the hassle of transporting to the venue.  Delivery charge added to quote.  Beverage item cost invoiced separately upon Shopper's List approval by client.
• LED Bar - Recreate the club vibes and atmosphere with our premium LED Bar!  Our bar has 256 selectable colors, 5 color programmable light sequence with fade/jump selections to match your color scheme!  (Requires two people to safely move.  LED Bar option will include cost for 2nd bartender)
• Coffee & Tea - Warm up or get ready for the ride home with coffee & tea.  Decaf and Hot Cocoa also available!
• Gratuity - Hosted gratuity for corporate clients.  Electronic & physical tip jars will be present at wedding and private clients unless hosted gratuity is preferred.  Gratuity threshold applies for tip jars.
• Popcorn Cart - Soak up the hard seltzers with delicious, fresh, movie theater style popcorn with our nostalgic cart for flair!
• Event Insurance - We purchase an event insurance policy with coverage in accordance with venue/host requirements, naming the host venue as the additional insured with liquor liability.
• Glassware - Glassware is available for formal gatherings or an eco-friendly drinkware alternative.  $0.75/glassware type per guest.  Rocks, Tallboy, Wine, Water/Multi, and Champagne Flutes available.  Specialty types also available upon request (Martini, Collins, Snifter, etc).
• FreeMix (not pictured) - Our bartenders put their skills to work to make off-menu cocktails (from available ingredients).  Included with all mixed drink service offerings.
